Shipping
Iwai North America Inc. utilizes Federal Express (FedEx) overnight air delivery service. Based on the nature of the commodity, certain conditions may require the use of a freight forwarder (you will be notified if one is needed). All freight charges are sent collect, unless prior arrangements have been made. The shipment of hazardous items is governed by the US Department of Transportation (DOT) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Some products may require special packaging and shipping.
Special Instructions
All specialized customer requests (including but not limited to: filling, packaging, shipping, or required documentation) should be communicated at the time the order is placed to assure compliance. If delay or jeopardy of the shipment is caused due to customer's failure to communicate special information or requirements, the customer shall be responsible for the cost of the shipment.
Payment Term
Payment is due upon receipt of goods, unless prior arrangement has been made. A 1.5 % monthly late charge on account balances over 30 days past due will be added to the invoice total from the date of shipment.

WIRING INSTRUCTIONS: All wired money is subject to a 25.00 USD bank charge that should be added to your payment total. All checks returned for insufficient funds are subject to a 25.00 USD fee.

We will hold the prices as stable as possible. But in some circumstances, prices may have to be changed. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Quality
Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us. Any return needs a written authorization from Iwai North America Inc. All returns will be subjected to a 25% restocking charge.
Warranty
Iwai North America Inc. warrants materials to be of the stated quality at the time of sale. The buyer assumes all responsibility for the use and handling of the product or any liability for consequential, special, indirect or incidental damages resulting therefrom.
Iwai North America Inc.'s sole obligation is to replace the material up to the amount of the purchase price. This applies only to products in their original containers and does not apply to a product which has been tampered with or altered in any way or which has been misused or damaged by accident or through negligence.
Alternate Right
We reserve the right to change product specification (e.g. buffer system) as we see fit to maximize product quality.
Storage
Directions given on an individual data sheet or vial label are an integral part of these terms and conditions and must be strictly followed.
