Product Description
iMatrix-221 is highly purified human Laminin 221-E8 fragments recombinantly expressed by CHO-S cell. Laminin-221 E8 fragment protein is known to bind to Intergin α7X2β1 of the cell surface, making an ideal cell culture matrix.
Application
iMatrix-221 is suitable for use for culture of various myoblast cell types, but most notably for cardiomyocytes.
