Instructions on Preparing the Temperature Stabilizer:
For 24°C Temperature Stabilizer (Method will differ based on the environment temperature)
**Environment temperature is 24.5°C or higher**
The Temperature Stabilizer will be used for cooling purposes. Store Temperature Stabilizer at 4°C for 4 hours or until the contents are completely solid, white and opaque. Do not storage them stacked, as it will not cool each piece evenly. Next, storage them at 24°C for 2 hours. Once the surface of the Temperature Stabilizer is at 24°C - 25°C, it is ready to use. The use of an infrared thermometer is highly recommended to check the surface temperature.
**Environment temperature is 24.5°C or lower**
The Temperature Stabilizer will be used for heat retention purposes. Store Temperature Stabilizer at 37°C until the contents is completely liquified and transparent. Next, storage them at 25°C for 2.5 hours. Once the surface of the Temperature Stabilizer is at 24°C - 25°C, it is ready to use. The use of an infrared thermometer is highly recommended to check the surface temperature.
For 36°C Temperature Stabilizer
Store Temperature Stabilizer at 45°C for 4 to 8 hours. Confirm that the contents is completely liquified. Next store at 36°C for about 1 hour or at room temperature (20-25°C) for 10-15 minutes. Once the surface of the Temperature Stabilizer is at 36°C, it is ready to use.
**The use of an infrared thermometer is highly recommended to check the surface temperature.
**Use incubator, vacuum oven, or any device that can maintain a temperature of 45°C.
**Avoid using any heat storage unit, which causes the shelves to become hotter than the temperature it is set at.
