HemEX™-Type9AØ For the expansion of mouse hematopoietic stem cells. Upgraded version of HemEX™-Type 9A
HemEX™-Type9AØ is a basal medium specifically designed for the expansion of mouse hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) isolated from bone marrow. Contaminants derived from albumin can trigger the differentiation of HSCs. By substituting albumin with Soluplus®, HemEX™-Type9AØ can maintain HSCs in an undifferentiated state for over one month during expansion culture. Furthermore, compared to the previous version, HemEX™-Type 9A, proliferation of undifferentiated HSC has increased, and is now possible for the expansion from a single HSC.
